~You should receive an email within 24 hours confirming your massage appointment.  If you do not receive a confirmation email stating that your massage has been accepted, please try booking again or contact me via email at therajordanrmt@gmail.com

~NEW clients, please fill out the electronic Health History and  Massage Consent Waiver.  These forms will be emailed to you upon booking confirmation.  Simply fill out the forms and click "submit".  It's that easy! 

~ If you need to cancel or change your appointment that has already been made, you CAN NOT cancel it online.....please send an email request to cancel your appointment. Please also refer to the Cancellation Policy for Missed Appointments.

~ Please be aware I have a Cat.   I am diligent on cleaning up after him but if you are allergic, you have to walk through my house to get to the massage room.    

~Please also be aware I use Coconut Oil. Some may be allergic. 

~ I ask that you please stay home and reschedule if you are feeling unwell.
